Who you're buying from

Zen Like A Panda Pty Ltd, an Australian business. These terms cover anything you buy through zenlikeapanda.com. Buying from us on Amazon is a separate transaction under Amazon's terms, not these.

Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars. We're not registered for GST, so no GST is added to your order — the price you see is the price of the product. Standard shipping within Australia is free and tracked; express is a $3.00 upgrade you can choose at checkout.

We can change prices at any time, but never on an order you've already placed.

Placing an order

Checkout is handled by Stripe. Card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay all work; we never see or hold your card details.

Your order is an offer to buy, and the sale is on once we've accepted it and posted your box. If we can't fill an order — the box is out of stock, or a price on the site was plainly wrong — we'll tell you and refund you in full rather than send you something you didn't order.

Shipping

We post within Australia only. Standard post is free and express is a flat $3.00, from Sydney within 1–2 business days of your order. The detail, including what happens if a parcel goes missing, is on the shipping page.

Returns and your consumer guarantees

You have 30 days to change your mind on an unopened box, and separately you have guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that we can't exclude, limit or modify — including for anything faulty, damaged or not as we described it. Our returns page sets out both.

About the product

• My Bestie Pop-Open Cards are a gift, intended to support everyday kindness and conversation. They are not a diagnostic tool, a treatment, or a substitute for professional care.
• They contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3. The set is designed for ages 5 to 15.
• Screens vary, so printed colours may differ slightly from the photographs on this site.

The words and the artwork

Every message and every illustration is original and belongs to us, as does everything on this site. The box is yours to keep, give away or pass on — what you can't do is copy, reproduce, reprint or resell the cards, the messages or the artwork, whether that's for profit or not.

This site

We keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will never be wrong or never go down. Where the law lets us limit our liability for that, we do — and where it doesn't, particularly under the Australian Consumer Law, your rights stand untouched.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts there deal with any dispute. If you live somewhere else in Australia, this doesn't take away consumer rights you have where you live.
